About Us

Established in 1988 in the rural community of Marengo, Illinois;

Pork King Packing began its operation with approximately 25 employees and processed up to 200 hogs daily.

Today, Pork King Packing employs approximately 220 employees and processes an average of 2000 hogs daily. Our facility is inspected by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) giving us the ability to be a leader in worldwide exports, exporting over 20% of our product.

Our mission is to provide the best quality pork products around the globe.
